360Learning is a corporate consultancy group that is dedicated to equipping teams with the means to cultivate a symbiotic learning ecosystem, fostering organic growth and mutual upskilling. The Media.Monks team was approached to craft a recruitment tool like no other with a digital narrative that encapsulates the company's ethos.

The Media.Monks team was approached to craft a recruitment tool like no other with a digital narrative that encapsulates the company's ethos.

A unique challenge was presented. The client sought a recruitment tool in the guise of an immersive experience, shrouded within are the team's 13 tenants such as 'Benevolence' and 'Rational Thinking'. A celestial dance of ethos and alignment awaited visitors, testing if their stars could align with the team's values. This intentional design was aimed not to simply amass applicants, but to curate a select of devotees who harmonise seamlessly with the company's culture.

Enter Convexity: a celestial odyssey of starry abstraction, inviting users to venture within to uncover 360Learning's 13 foundational principles. Each is presented as a unique constellation — with a gem of wisdom hidden within. At the end of the scroll, a door is presented, which only unlocks after all 13 constellations are discovered, and behind it — access to an application form.

A blend of esoteric mystique and playfulness, Convexity serves as a cosmic filter, guiding only the sharpest minds towards 360Learning — if their stars align.
